List of process under R & D

Technical Research Paper Participation

This process collects all research paper details from students and faculty for reimbursement. Data collection includes information about the paper like title, conference/journal information.

Project Exhibition

This process is an event for organizing yearly project competition among final year students (UG) across all branches of the institute.

Promotion of Research and Innovation

This process is for providing financial assistance to students for national/ international collaborative research work with other institutes. The student has to identify a faculty supervisor from college and must work with the faculty towards completion of the research project undertaken. The projects should typically run for a period of at least 6 months.

Technical Paper Presentation
This process is an event for organizing yearly Technical Paper Presentation competition among final year students (UG) across all branches of the institute.

EDC (Entrepreneurship Development Cell)
EDC will work for development of innovative ideas. It takes few students' ideas under its wing through the Student Startup program. These ideas will be purely tech-based ideas. Student idea will be pitched with criteria such as product development, service development. Students will be required to participate in events or mentoring sessions organized by college.
Patent-IPR
Patent related information will be collected at institute level. Sponsored patent and non- sponsored patent information will be collected. The report will be generated for apply, grant and publish patent.
Consultancy
This process involves extending the expertise of faculties to the industry to solve the real life problems and generate the extra revenue for development of college.
PDC – Product Development Center
PDC aims to enable the students to facilitate enhancement of the engineering problem solving skill in them and to evolve into Skilled, Industry-ready Engineers. The center grooms them to possess strong fundamentals in their core subjects, analytical & innovative thinking, communication skills, acquaintance with computer tools, familiarity with industry standards and passion for learning to drastically improve their employability. The hands-on training and learning by working on real life industry projects and product development, prepares the students for industry challenges ahead. Product development centre also provides consultancy services to the industries by which solutions for industrial complications are fixed.
