Computer Science And Engineering AI & ML
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) was established in the academic year 2020, in response to the rising demand for AI-driven technologies and industry-ready engineers. Since its inception, the department has focused on delivering cutting-edge education by integrating core computer science fundamentals with specialized areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. The program is designed to provide students with a strong theoretical foundation along with practical, hands-on experience through advanced laboratories, real-world project-based learning, and industry collaborations that keep them aligned with current and emerging technological trends.
What sets our department apart is its future-oriented curriculum, which includes key focus areas like deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and data analytics. Our experienced and passionate faculty, comprising both academicians and industry professionals, mentor students not only in academics but also in research and competitive platforms. We foster a strong culture of innovation by encouraging students to take part in capstone projects, research publications, and national-level hackathons. Despite being a relatively new department, our students have already made their mark through internships and placements in reputed companies such as TCS, Godrej Capital, and Sogolytics. Notably, two students from our very first graduating batch secured a package of 12 LPA at Godrej Capital, setting a high benchmark for future cohorts.
